Donna is the Managing Director. Donna specialises in all aspects of employment law acting for employers of all size of business some of which are household names.

Donna advises clients on a range of general employment issues such as dealing with disciplinaries and capability situations to more complex employment litigation matters (including whistle blowing, protection of confidential information and discrimination claims).

Donna can advise on corporate governance and senior executive issues, and on the employment aspects of merger and acquisitions.

Donna is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Law Society and lectures at conferences on Employment Law.

Donna was the 2022 winner of the ‘Judy Award’ from Your Partnerships, an award given to an individual who gives to both the network and the community at large.
