Description
This is the final letter that may be sent to an employee in a disciplinary process if they have appealed the outcome of the disciplinary hearing.
The letter is confirming the outcome of the appeal hearing after reviewing the grounds of appeal. There are three potential outcomes
- The original decision is upheld.
- The original decision is overturned.
- The original decision is amended
The decision at this stage of the process is final and there is no further right of appeal with the organisations process.
