This Inclusion Policy sets out our approach to promoting an environment that embraces diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.

Inclusion goes beyond compliance with legal requirements; it is a core part of an organisational culture and values. It does also ensure compliance with the principles of the Equality Act 2010, which protects individuals from discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics such as age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity.
