Emma was born and bred in Tamworth in Staffordshire and moved the Southwest in 1997.

As a HR Professional with over 15 years’ experience working in diverse corporate organisations and the public sector, Emma’s drive is to ensure that business decisions always think about the impact on people as the most important part of any organisation, this drive is fuelled by the strong belief that an engaged workforce will ensure a high performing organisation.
